Very flavorful, tender and easy pork chops! The aroma is wonderful. Try steaming fresh broccoli, then frying it in the pan juices for a perfect side dish.
4 tbs. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic
4 pork chop, organic
3/4 c. chicken broth, organic, free-range
1/4 c. vinegar, apple cider, organic, unfiltered, raw
1/4 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
1/8 tsp. black pepper, ground, organic
1/2 tsp. rosemary, dried, organic
2 clove garlic, fresh, organic
1/4 c. onion, yellow, organic
1/4 c. mushrooms, white, organic
In a large skillet, melt coconut oil over medium heat. Cook pork chops in coconut oil, turning once to brown evenly.
Pour in chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, and season with salt, pepper, rosemary, and garlic. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes, or until chops are tender. During the last 10 min add onion and mushroom.
Transfer pork chops to serving plates, and spoon sauce over the meat.
