A simple method with a delicious result. Not bitter at all.
Melt coconut oil in skillet. Saute onion and garlic about 5 minutes. Add chopped kale, cover, and cook another 3-4 minutes. Add apple cider vinegar and a pinch of seasoning (I use a garlic and herb mix). Stir together, cover, and let stand a few minutes until ready to serve.
