Here is a delicious healthy treat that will take you back to your childhood!

  • 3 tbs. honey, raw, unfiltered, organic
  • 3 tbs. arrowroot powder, organic
  • 3 tbs. cacao powder, raw, organic
  • 1 pinch sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract, organic
  • 2 c. coconut milk, unsweetened, full-fat, organic, canned

In a sauce pan mix together dry ingredients until well blended. Add milk and honey to sauce pan and heat on medium heat until thickens, stirring constantly. As soon as it thickens, remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract (or use vanilla extract if you don't want it to taste minty). Place into 6 popsicle molds, add sticks and freeze overnight. Serving size is 1 fudgesicle, Makes 6.
