An alternative to pasta, made out of raw zucchini with a spiraliser. Fantastic for protein types and a lot more satisfying than a tiny serving of pasta
You will need a spiraliser for this, but it's one of the most fantastic things i've ever come across. All you do is cut the zucchini into thirds and then use the spiraliser to create the fauxghetti. It'll come out in really long strands, and one zucchini should make about a cup of this.
The best part is, you can eat it raw!
Meal suggestions: serve it with some flavoured mince, or just diced meat and teaspoon or two of flaxseed oil, depending on your protein/carb/fat requirements for the meal. Or for vegetarians, serve with a flavoured tomato and lentil sauce.
