Pink Chip Smoothie

This is a great post workout smoothie. A perfect combination of fiber, antioxidants, and protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 med. banana, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 c. strawberries, frozen, organic
  • 1/4 c. blueberries, frozen, organic
  • 1 pinch stevia, loose
  • 1 tsp. honey, raw, unfiltered, organic
  • 1 dsh. cinnamon, ground, organic
  • 1/3 c. water, purified
  • 1 tsp. oil, flaxseed, unrefined, organic
  • 1 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, chocolate

Directions

Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend for 1 minute. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
