Savory Salmon Sandwich

This sandwich is delectable. End of story.


  • 3 oz. salmon, fresh, wild-caught
  • 1 oz. yogurt, greek, plain, full-fat, plain, organic
  • 2 slc. sprouted whole grain bread, from organic grains
  • 1 oz. avocado, fresh, organic
  • 1 dsh. cayenne pepper, powder, organic
  • 1 dsh. garlic powder, organic
  • 1 dsh. seasoning or spices of your liking
  • 1 dsh. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 1 dsh. black pepper, ground, organic
  • 1 tsp. mustard seed, ground, organic


Step 1: Toast bread. Step 2: Mix together, mustard, Greek yogurt, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and your choice of mesquite or chipotle. Step 3: Spread mixture evenly on both slices of toast. Step 4: Add salmon to one slice and avocado to the other slice. Step 5: Lightly salt and pepper avocado and close sandwich. Enjoy!
