This recipe is a simple recipe that makes a good snack or a vegetable side for lunch or dinner. I love them hot or cold and they are so easy to make!
Slice squash into 1/4 or 1/2 inch slices. Put four tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a skillet and lay the squash around the skillet (do not stack them). Sprinkle the squash with crushed red pepper, sea salt and garlic. Fry on medium heat until slightly brown on the bottoms; then turn the pieces over and fry the other side until slightly brown. Serve up! If you use organic ingredients and the salt recommended on Isabel's list, this recipe should be BEYOND diet friendly!
