Beef Broth

the broth can be used for seasoning or for any kind of soup.


  • 5 carrot, fresh, organic
  • 1 parsley root, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 onion, any type, organic
  • 3 qt. water, purified
  • 1 pinch sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 1 tbs. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic
  • 1 lbs. beef sirloin, grass-fed or pastured, organic
  • 1 tsp. parsley, fresh, organic
  • 1/4 celery stalk, fresh, organic
  • 1 pinch black pepper, ground, organic


Put a heavy pot (or pressure cooker) on heat, place the onion into it with the cut side to the bottom, so it would take color. then add the coconut oil, the peeled vegetables cut into chunks, the meet and the water, bring to boil, season, and let it simmer for 1 hour+
