Fast and Easy Tuna Salad Sandwich

A fast, easy option for an on-the-go lunch.


  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise, homemade, organic
  • 12 oz. canned white tuna
  • 1 tbs. celery stalk, fresh, organic
  • 2 tbs. fresh parsley
  • 2 tbs. red onion
  • sea salt & black pepper to taste


Combine tuna, diced celery, finely chopped parsley, and diced onion in a mixing bowl. Add homemade mayonnaise. Season to taste with sea salt and cracked pepper.

Eat as is, in a lettuce wrap, or on sprouted grain bread.
