Eggs on a Cloud

  • 2 egg, omega-3, cage-free, organic
  • 1 tbs. flax seeds, ground or meal, organic
  • 1/2 c. oats, steel cut, dry, organic
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure

Cook steel cut oats according to directions. Add 1 Tbs ground flax seed and salt. Coat a small frying pan with spray oil & cook eggs sunnyside up or to your liking. Put oats in a bowl and add eggs on top. Enjoy
