Start your day with greens and protein!
Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add chopped kale and sauté until softened, 3-7 minutes.
Lightly beat eggs in a bowl. Pour eggs into the skillet and scramble.
When the eggs are cooked through, season everything in the skillet with Cajun seasoning.
