Christmas Salad

This is a very festive looking salad! For a larger salad, double or triple each ingredient.


  • 1 1/2 c. broccoli, fresh, organic
  • 1/3 c. onion, red, organic
  • 1 c. bell pepper, red, fresh, organic
  • 15 1/2 oz. kidney beans, canned, organic
  • 3/4 c. cranberries, dried, organic
  • 1 c. walnuts, raw, organic
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 1/2 c. vinegar, red raspberry, organic
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper, ground, organic
  • stevia, loose to taste
  • 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbs. dijon mustard, organic
  • 2 clove garlic, fresh, organic


Chop broccoli, red onion, red bell pepper, and walnuts. Toss with kidney beans (drained and rinsed) and dried cranberries.

Prepare the dressing: Whisk together raspberry vinegar, sea salt, pepper, stevia, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.

Toss salad with dressing. Chill and serve.
