These eggs are sure to be a hit at any party, dinner, or luncheon!
Cut eggs in halves and take out yolks. Mash yolks together well in a medium sized bowl. I use a fork and/or potato masher. Add finely chopped pickles and stir. Stir in mustard, yogurt, salt, and pepper. Spoon spread into egg halves and sprinkle paprika on top. Enjoy immediately, or cover and refrigerate overnight.
