Pomegranate Juice concentrate, Salmon, and Medium Salsa poached together in frying pan over medium to medium-low heat until done.
In frying pan, pour pomegranate juice into frying pan, followed by salmon steaks. Top with the Salsa, Cook on Medium Low heat for 10 minutes, turn and cook until done. Occasionally spoon pomegranate juice and salsa over the top of the salmon after turning. Serve and enjoy. This recipe assumes that each salmon fillet is 4 ounces each.
