Italian Dressing

This simple Italian dressing recipe uses very easy method for achieving perfect emulsified vinaigrette.


  • 1 1/2 c. olive oil, extra virgin, unrefined and unfiltered, organic
  • 1/2 c. vinegar, red wine, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper, ground, organic
  • 1/4 tsp. marjoram, dried, organic
  • 1/4 tsp. sage, dried, organic
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano, fresh, organic
  • 1/4 tsp. basil, fresh, organic
  • 1 tsp. dijon mustard, organic
  • 1 garlic, fresh, organic


Combine all ingredients in a Magic Bullet or food processor, and grind until completely mixed together. Transfer to a dressing container and let sit overnight for best results. Give a quick shake and it's ready to use. This makes a lot of dressing that's good for several weeks in my house. The whole family loves this dressing. Serving is 1-2 teaspoons.
