Spinach Rice Salad

Sorry, you'll have to figure out your own measurements. Start by putting in the amount of rice you want and go from there.


  • 1 brown rice
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 spinach
  • 1 sunflower seeds
  • 1 bean sprouts, fresh, organic
  • 1 white mushrooms
  • 1 Udo's oil
  • 1 tamari, organic


Mix all ingredients together and put in fridge for a few hours to blend flavors. Other healthy oils could be used instead of UDO. I like to use Shitake mushrooms and a fair bit of garlic and cilantro. I also add a little ginger. Bragg's soy seasoning could be used instead of tamari.
