This breakfast replacement will give you the fuel you need to kick start your day.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 sml. banana
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1/3 c. walnuts
  • 1/3 c. canned coconut milk
  • 2 tbs. honey, raw
  • 2 tbs. lime juice

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
