Spicy Spaghetti Bolognese

Healthy spaghetti bolognese - nice and spicy!


  • 1 tbs. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic
  • 1/2 lbs. beef, ground, free-range or grass-fed, organic
  • 1 sml. onion, any type, organic
  • 2 clove garlic, fresh, organic
  • 2 chili pepper, red, fresh, organic
  • 28 oz. tomatoes, crushed, canned, organic
  • 1 tbs. Italian herbs or seasoning, organic


Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic, chopped onion, diced chili peppers, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 2 minutes. Add ground beef to the skillet. Brown meat, breaking it up as it cooks. Add crushed tomatoes, bring to a boil, and let simmer for 20 minutes.
