Fried Chicken DSP style

I used to make this fried chicked before I changed my eating habits & decided to try to convert this recipe to the Diet Solution way & everybody loves it just as much as they did when I made it before!

Ingredients

  • 12 chicken thigh, skin-on
  • 1 tbs. coconut oil
  • 1/2 c. brown rice flour
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • black pepper to taste

Directions

Mix flour & spices. Rinse chicken under water, roll in flour mixture, place skin side down in heat oil. Fry for 5 minutes, turn over, 5 more minutes, turn over, 5 more minutes, turn over, 5 more minutes. Chicken should now be cooked.
