A great way to make your own almond butter.
Soak almonds in filtered water overnight in a glass jar. Drain after 8 hours of soaking and put into a food processor or magic bullet. Process almonds for 1-2 minutes at a time and scrape in between processing. After the first 6 minutes, add olive oil. Add more or less to achieve desired consistency. Continue to process almonds until you have reached a smooth nut butter consistency (15-20 minutes of processing and scraping).
