Dill Salmon


  • 2 lbs. salmon, fresh, wild-caught
  • 1 tbs. olive oil, extra virgin, unrefined and unfiltered, organic
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper, ground, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed, fresh, organic


Heat the broiler, rub the salmon on both sides with olive oil. Place skin down on a baking sheet. Mix the pepper, salt and dill together and rub on salmon. Can use more to your desire. Broil the fish until the pink has darkened.
