Turkey Quinoa Meatballs

Quick and easy delicious meatballs, that can be combined with main dishes or served as a side dish at social functions.


  • 2 tbs. olive oil, extra virgin, unrefined and unfiltered, organic
  • 1 egg, omega-3, cage-free, organic
  • 3 tbs. parsley, dried, organic
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. coriander, ground, organic
  • 2 tsp. black pepper, ground, organic
  • 1 1/2 c. quinoa, cooked, organic
  • 3 tsp. onion powder, organic
  • 1 lbs. turkey, ground, grass-fed or pastured, organic


Mix all the ingredients in a bowl using your hands. Roll into balls and place in greased baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
