Edye's Powerballs

No cooking or baking and really tasty! I eat a couple of these before I hit the gym or as an afternoon or morning snack! The kids will love them too!


  • 1 tsp. cinnamon, ground, organic
  • 2 tbs. peanut butter, creamy, raw, organic
  • 1 c. oatmeal, cooked, organic
  • 1/4 c. coconut, unsweetened, flakes or chips, organic
  • 1/4 c. cranberries, dried, organic
  • 1 oz. nuts, chopped, your favorite, organic
  • 1 oz. sunflower seeds, raw, unsalted, organic
  • 1 oz. pumpkin seeds or pepitas, organic
  • 1 tbs. honey, raw, unfiltered, organic
  • 2 tbs. cacao powder, raw, organic


Dump all ingredients in a bowl except the unsweetened cocoa powder. Feel free to play around with the amounts - I never measure, and no combination has even been wrong. Mix with your hands or a big Kitchen-Aid type mixer. If it seems a little dry, add more honey or peanut butter. Roll into small balls, and then roll balls in the unsweetened cocoa powder. Keep in refrigerator to last longer.
