A quick and easy detox egg scramble.
1 tsp. coconut oil
1/2 med. zucchini
1 clove garlic
2 egg
sea salt & black pepper to taste
Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add diced zucchini and sauté until tender. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add lightly beaten eggs to the skillet and slowly scramble, making sure the eggs are cooked through.
