Shredded zucchini and crumbled bacon give this turkey burger a ton of flavor.
1/2 lbs. ground turkey
2 pce. uncured bacon
1 sml. zucchini
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine cooked and crumbled bacon, shredded zucchini, minced garlic, sea salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add ground turkey, and use hands to mix everything up. Form into two patties.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add patties to the skillet, and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Move the browned patties to the prepared baking sheet, and cook for about 20 minutes, until cooked through.
