Zippy Pork Chops

Easy way to prepare pork chops.


    4 tsp. chili powder

    1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano

    2 garlic

    3/4 tsp. ground cumin

    6 pork chop


Combine the chili powder, oregano, minced garlic, and cumin; gently rub over both sides of each pork chop.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Grill, covered, over medium-hot heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 160°F.
