1/2 cup sliced frozen strawberrys, 1/4 cup frozen blueberrys, 7 Dole natural pineapple chunks, 7-10 spinach leaves, 7 tiny organic carrots, 1 large brocolli flower, ice and water to desired consistency. Blend until smooth. It makes about 1 1/2 cups.
1/2 c. frozen strawberries
1/4 c. frozen blueberries
7 pineapple chunks, canned
1 c. spinach
7 carrot
1/4 lrg. broccoli
1/4 c. ice
1/4 c. water
Blend above ingredients together until smooth. It takes less than 5 minutes to prepare. It's delicious and can be used for veges/fruit if you have those in your family that aren't "into" fresh veges and fruit. I'm not sure of the calories, protein, etc. It's just something I threw together because I got tired of eating veges/fruit for breakfast.
