Yummy "Angel" Eggs

These eggs are sure to be a hit at any party, dinner, or luncheon!


    6 egg

    1/2 med. dill pickle

    3 tbsp. mustard

    3 tbsp. yogurt

    sea salt & black pepper to taste

    paprika to taste


Cut eggs in halves and take out yolks.

Mash yolks (using a fork or potato masher) together well in a medium-sized bowl.

Add finely chopped pickles and stir.

Stir in mustard, yogurt, sea salt, and pepper.

Spoon spread into egg halves and sprinkle paprika on top.

Enjoy immediately, or cover and refrigerate overnight.
