Great savory dip to serve with raw veggies!

Ingredients

    2 c. Greek yogurt

    1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

    1/2 cucumber

Directions

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for two hours and serve.

Can be kept in a sealed container in the fridge for 5 to 7 days.
