Yogurt Covered Blueberries

A healthy sweet treat for any time of day!


    2 c. Greek yogurt

    3 c. blueberries


Line a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper.

Place Greek yogurt in a bowl, or simply open the container of yogurt.

Using a toothpick, dip each blueberry into the yogurt. Use a second toothpick to push the blueberry off onto the baking sheet.

Place the sheet in the freezer. Wait one hour.

Move the yogurt-coated blueberries from the baking sheet to a Ziploc bag or Tupperware container. Store in the freezer until ready to eat. Enjoy!

(You can also try this with blackberries or strawberries cut in halves!)
