My sister shared this recipe online with regular yogurt and thought I would pass it along with BD approved ingredients.
16 oz. Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
I made this on a larger scale (16 oz) so I could snack on them whenever I wanted.
In a bowl, mix the yogurt with any of your favorite flavorings to your taste.
Spoon mixture in a plastic baggie and clip a small corner off the bag. Squeeze small dots of the yogurt onto a metal cookie sheet and let freeze for about an hour.
Keep in a container in the freezer. I'm not quite sure how long they keep because they don't last long in our house :)
