Yellow Squash and Spinach

Cooked summer squash and spinach


    1 spinach

    1 yellow squash

    1 tsp. coconut oil

    1 garlic

    parmesan cheese to taste


Combine all but cheese in a pan and sautée it on medium heat. If you have the heat too high you will burn the garlic so slow and low is the tempo! Sauté until squash is tender. Top it off with a little Parmesan cheese.
