White Bean dip for your veggies
15 oz. cannellini beans
1 sml. shallots
1 garlic
1/4 c. cilantro, bunch, fresh, organic
1/4 c. fresh mint
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp. sea salt
In a food processor puree all ingredients until smooth. Transfer to serving bowl and chill for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to develop. Serve with vegetables.
