I thought I was eating KFC when I made this gluten-free recipe... it was so simple and easy to make, too!
4 tsp. butter
1/4 c. almond flour
sea salt & black pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
onion powder to taste
2 chicken thigh, skinless
Melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Combine almond flour and spices in a Ziploc bag. Add chicken thighs (4-6 ounces each) to the bag and shake to generously coat the chicken. Add chicken to pan and cover with a lid. Cook about 7 minutes. Flip chicken and cook another 5-7 minutes in a covered skillet until chicken is cooked all the way through. (Your cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of your chicken.)
