This breakfast replacement will give you the fuel you need to kick start your day.
1/2 avocado
1/2 sml. banana
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. walnuts
1/3 c. canned coconut milk
2 tbsp. honey, raw
2 tbsp. lime juice
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
