1 egg
1 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, chocolate
3 tbsp. Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. milk, raw or organic
1 dsh. baking soda
1 dsh. sea salt
1 tsp. stevia
cinnamon to taste
1 dsh. nutmeg
Slightly beat one whole egg. Add all the ingredients except protein powder. After all ingredients are combined, add the protein powder and stir until thoroughly combined. Cook like normal pancakes. They will bubble, which is when you turn them. Use two pancake turners to turn one pancake.
Calorie count is 263. Makes 3-4 pancakes. Protein count is 33 grams protein.
