Scrambled eggs with mixed vegetables
1 sun-dried tomatoes
1 red onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1 green bell pepper
1 white mushrooms
2 eggs whipped 1/2 c chopped mixed colored bell pepper of my choice 1/4 c red onion chopped 1 mushroom 1/4 c sun dried tomato Garlic crushed 1 clove
Sauté vegy's in butter. Until slightly pearly in small fry pan, at medium heat. Pour eggs into mixture and scramble together until eggs cooked from soft to firm...as you like it.
