Quick and easy breakfast or anytime meal!
3 tbsp. green bell pepper
3 tbsp. red bell pepper
3 tbsp. yellow bell pepper
1 oz. Italian turkey sausage
sea salt & black pepper to taste
2 egg
Brown sausage in a medium skillet over medium heat with bell peppers. Add eggs and cook through. Season with salt and pepper, and voila... breakfast is served!
