In the picture, the "sausage" is in the very center of the wraps. The texture of the walnuts works well in this recipe. Try wrapping the mixture in kale or chard leaves, stuff bell peppers with it, or add it to your favorite breakfast hash.
1 tsp. fennel seed
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
sea salt & black pepper to taste
2 tbsp. water
1 1/4 c. walnuts
1/4 c. nutritional yeast
1 tbsp. fresh rosemary
Combine all ingredients except water in a food processor and process until combined and finely chopped. Add water slowly until you have enough to make the mixture clump together. Enjoy!
