Vanilla Bean Custard

Delicious both as a dessert or for breakfast!


    1 c. cashews

    1 1/4 c. water

    1 tsp. vanilla, ground, organic

    1/4 c. honey, raw

    1 tbsp. arrowroot powder

    1 egg

    1/2 tsp. sea salt


Combine all ingredients in a small pot. Heat slowly until thick and warm.

Can be served either warm or cold. Enjoy!
