Delicious dish that can easily be thrown together!
4 oz. turkey breast, skinless, free-range, organic
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. celery
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning, organic
1 tsp. coconut oil
Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Add finely chopped celery and onion to the skillet, and cook until onions begin to look clear. Add turkey and spices and cook until turkey cooks through. Adjust seasonings as needed. (I like my food spicy.)
