This recipe is easy to modify based on your tastes!
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
garlic to taste
red pepper flakes to taste
1 tbsp. coconut flour
wheat-free soy sauce to taste
seasoning, Chinese 5 Spice, powdered, organic to taste
6 Italian turkey sausage
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1 c. red bell pepper
1 c. broccoli
1 c. zucchini
1/4 c. onion
Melt coconut oil in pan, brown sausages, and remove to slice into bite size pieces. Saute vegetables to likeness, and return sausages to the pan. Add minced garlic, 5 spice, and red pepper flakes (optional); saute. Add 1 cup of chicken broth and simmer. Mix coconut flour with remaining chicken broth and add soy sauce to your taste. Warm through until sauce has thickened. Serve with rice if desired.
