Quick and easy delicious meatballs, that can be combined with main dishes or served as a side dish at social functions.
1 1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
2 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 c. cooked quinoa
3 tsp. onion powder
1 lbs. ground turkey
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 egg
3 tbsp. dried parsley
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl using your hands. Roll into balls and arrange on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
