Super quick, delicious open faced lunch or dinner sandwich!
1 tomato
1 oz. avocado
1 oz. cheese, any type
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. fresh oregano
1 dsh. cayenne pepper
4 oz. turkey breast, skinless, free-range, organic
1 slc. sprouted whole grain bread
Toast SWG bread. Spread dijon mustard. Add turkey slices. Spread avocado on turkey. Add tomato slices and grated raw cheese (I use cheddar or gouda - mozzarella would be good). Sprinkle oregano and cayenne over either the tomatoes or the cheese. Broil just until cheese melts.
