Turkey Burger Wrap

This is as perfect of a lunch as you will ever make and is it easy!


    1 ground turkey

    1 hndfl. lettuce

    1 sml. sprouted whole grain tortilla

    1 tbsp. fresh made salsa

    1 tsp. coconut oil

    1 tsp. garlic

    1 tsp. seasoning or spices of your liking


This is my hands-down favorite lunch! Start by heating up some coconut oil in an iron cast skillet. Cook the burger 5-10 minutes per side on medium heat. Meanwhile, heat up the tortilla in microwave for 20-30 seconds, lay down a bed of lettuce on the tortilla. When the turkey burger is done. cut it into pieces while still in the iron cast skillet using a wooden spatula. Add to the tortilla, add the salsa and enjoy!
