Turkey, avocado, and optional bacon...yum!
1 slc. sprouted whole grain bread
2 slc. tomato
1/2 med. avocado
4 slc. cucumber
1/4 c. lettuce
sea salt & black pepper to taste
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
4 oz. mild cheddar cheese
2 slc. uncured bacon
1 tbsp. coconut oil
5 oz. ground turkey
In a no-stick pan add a 1 tbsp coconut oil mix the 5 oz ground turkey, salt, pepper and garlic ( if you like spicy you can also add cayenne pepper) Make round ground turkey burgers patties ( two) let them cook for 6 min on each side (the patties will puff up but will shrink once they patties are done). ( you can make any amount of turkey or meat that you like) add cheese (optional) add bacon (optional)
Final prep Toast the SWG bread spread the avocado to the bread ( use instead of mayo) add the patties top with sliced tomato top tomato with cucumber slices and then top with 3 leaves of lettuce
