The spices really make this gluten-free turkey meatloaf recipe delicious. It is simple and quick to make without much mess (and you won't believe you are eating all of those ground pecans).
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 lbs. ground turkey
2 egg
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 sml. onion
10 oz. frozen spinach
1 tsp. fresh basil
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 pinch black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a loaf pan (coconut oil works well). In a food processor, grind the raw pecans to a medium-fine texture. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pecans with remaining ingredients. Mix well. Move mixture to the loaf pan, and bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
