This is a great lunch, all the portions in one.
2 oz. Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. onion
1/2 c. water
1 dill pickle
1 lettuce
1 oz. shredded cheese
1 sprouted whole grain tortilla
Mix together tuna, Greek yogourt, onion seasoning, dill pickle. Put lettuce on wrap, top with tuna mixture and cheese.
