I call it my Tuesday Morning Smoothie because it's so easy to make that I can throw it together as I run out the door on a Tuesday morning ;)
1/2 banana
1 c. strawberries
1 c. spinach
1/2 c. canned coconut milk
1 tbsp. chia seeds
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
Don't forget to include some protein in your breakfast - a handful of raw nuts would go well with this grab-and-go smoothie!
