A simple, quick, and refreshing lunch salad.
4 oz. cooked shrimp
1 c. spinach
1/2 c. mango
1/2 c. pineapple
1 oz. avocado
lemon to taste
sea salt to taste
1 pinch chia seeds
Simply cut fruit into bite size pieces and mix with the other ingredients into a salad bowl, drizzle with the lemon juice.
